WE CANNOT FIX YOUR UNIT IF IT DOES NOT HAVE POWER OR ANY OTHER ISSUES.
How this process works:

We will send you a message with the address to ship your unit.
Step 3:
Remove your unit from your vehicle. Carefully package and ship your climate control unit from your vehicle to the provided address (do not ship the radio)
Step 4:
We receive your unit and perform the repair within 2 days.
Step 5:
We ship it back to you (we pay for return shipping)
